Salomé

I've always been intrigued by the silent film actress Nazimova, so when I stumbled upon the DVD of the silent film "Salomé," I had to check it out, if not for Nazimova, then the beautiful costumes and set. I found some stills on-line, and also tried to take some film stills via camera.







Here are my "screen shots". They're extremely blurry, sorry!

    Rudolph Valentino's wife Natacha Rambova designed the sets and costumes. Im not a Nazimova fan but can admit those are some beautiful designs!
