This Is Not An Exit...

It's currently 2AM in the morning, and I've consumed entirely too much caffeine today. In my insomniatic (Is that even a word? I think not) troll through cyberspace, I happened upon this amazing tee via Stylesightings. I love it. It's brilliant and it goes well with my current read (see last picture). I really wish Bret Easton Ellis would come out with another book. I've already read all of them, and I want more.

Salomé

I've always been intrigued by the silent film actress Nazimova, so when I stumbled upon the DVD of the silent film "Salomé," I had to check it out, if not for Nazimova, then the beautiful costumes and set. I found some stills on-line, and also tried to take some film stills via camera.

While flipping channels several nights ago, I came across the movie Showgirls. I was never tempted to rent it, so I am so glad I got to catch it on TV. It's so awful, it's good. If you're into camp, strippers and the sleazy side of Vegas, then you must see this movie.

Also, worth mentioning are the costumes. If you like fringe, studs, leather, and motorcycle jackets, then you also need to see this movie.
