I will hopefully be cruising one of these babies down Pacific Coast Highway, top down, wind blowing in my hair- making it stick to my lip gloss- all the while deafening all those near me with my version of Iron Maiden's The Trooper. Elegant image eh?
Thanks Dad for passing down the love of the road, and forcing me to learn how to drive on a stick shift.

ReplyDeleteNo problem, more for me lol.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a car person (can't drive), but if I had to chose one it would be that Sting Ray!

A sting ray, in glossy black, has been my dream car since...forever. They don't really make cars with lines that are as nice, I think.

Oh yes, Lincoln is really a classic. It was one of the first cars that I got to ride on when I was only three years old. I remember my dad driving us around the neighborhood every afternoon and buy some snack. These used cars for sale (Indianapolis area) are almost everywhere in Indiana today. Luckily, my husband and I got the chance to talk to some of their used car dealers (Indianapolis), and they showed us the modern Lincoln models, which for me, would still pass as classic vehicles. The 2009 Lincoln MKS is very much luxurious. The trim is perfect. I'm still looking for convertibles, though. Any suggestions?
